There are official household waste bags in different colours for all types of waste collected from your home. You can buy blue bags for plastics, metals and drinks containers, green biodegradable bags for food and garden waste, pink bags for plastics and light brown bags for residual household waste at your local shops or supermarket. From April 1, 2021, the sorting rules for the blue and pink bags will change.

Attention: Only official waste disposal bags will be collected. If you use the wrong bag you will be fined. You can also rent containers from Interrand for food and garden waste (gft).
