The MOBIB card is an electronic card. You can buy various tickets (travel plans, De Lijn card, MIVB tickets) for different transport companies and place these on the card. You add money to the card. This money pays for a certain number of trips. You can add money to the card at the counter at the train station. 

De Lijn, NMBS, TEC

•  Train: there are two stops: Groenendaal and Hoeilaart. You can catch the bus in Groenendaal.
• The municipality has arranged with De Lijn to provide a 20% discounted Buzzy Pazz to Hoeilaart youngsters.
• The municipality provides free bus passes, allowing Hoeilaart residents to travel with De Lijn for free.
• Various De Lijn buses stop in Hoeilaart.
• TEC buses make three stops on the Terhulpsesteenweg.
