Welfare Centre / social department

The Welfare Centre does not deal solely with financial and administrative problems. 
The social department's social workers are there to listen to you explaining your case.
A specialist service can provide support if need be. In the event of highly complicated problems requiring various counsellors, the support method is decided on the basis of consultations. This is decided in the presence of the client and with the client's consent.
Available for people unable to deal with problems all by themselves, the social department will work together with you in finding a solution. If you have financial problems you can seek help with budget management or you may qualify for a subsistence income in some cases.
