There are official household waste bags in different colours for all waste that is collected from your home. You can buy blue bags for plastics, metals and drinks containers, green bags for food and garden waste and brown or light brown bags for residual waste at your local shops, municipal offices or supermarket. 
Attention: Only official waste disposal bags will be collected. If you use the wrong bag you will be fined.

Residual waste, plastic, metals and drink containers, garden waste and paper and cardboard are picked up at your home by special services (intermunicipal). Some municipalities use plastic bags (paid by the bag), others use rented waste containers (paid by weight).
